About us
Eden Properties WA began in June 2017 when I purchased a classic beach style 5 x 2 in Old Dunsborough. My aim was to provide a quality, environmentally friendly, socially responsible and completely self-managed home away from home for visitors to our special South West - and so Eden Properties WA and The Tree House Dunsborough were born.
Who am I? I'm Eve Armanasco (previously Eve Foley), sole owner/operator of Eden Properties WA, a fun and friendly surfer chick all about enjoying the awesome lifestyle of the south west. I live nearby in Yallingup and love wine, coffee, chatting, camping, travelling and fishing. I can be on hand whenever required. I can give you tips on the best wineries, breweries, beaches and surf locations; whatever you need, just ask! As an Airbnb Superhost and a Stayz/HomeAway/VRBO Premier Host I am an experienced carer for guests to this unique corner of our planet.
Following the success of The Tree House Dunsborough, I also now manage the beautiful Tree Top Vista Nornalup on the South Coast in partnership with my gorgeous sister-in-law Claire, and "Old School" Yallingup Beach, the home base of Eden Properties WA.
